Queue screens and captchas in front of the Torzon market URL
Anti-flood screens are common on busy onion services. They are also a favourite disguise for phishing copies.
Why waiting rooms exist
Onion services cannot rely on normal DDoS protection, so they queue visitors or ask for a simple puzzle before serving pages.
What a normal queue looks like
It asks for nothing except patience or a visual puzzle. It never asks for your password, recovery phrase or a payment.
Red flags
A queue page that wants login details, offers a "faster lane" for a fee or redirects to a different onion string is not part of the real service.
Check the address after the queue
When the page finally opens, compare the address bar with the torzon market url you started from. It should be identical.
A waiting room may ask for patience, never for credentials or money.
Need the current address?
The link board on the home page shows which Torzon links are checked right now.
